We have over 32 years of experience customising embroidered and printed uniforms for large companies as well as working with small businesses and individuals to produce some of the most professional and eye catching custom clothing and personalised embroidered and printed sports and workwear on the market today. Virtually any item in our huge catalogue can be customised with your logo or company slogan giving you cost effective clothing and branded uniforms that you or your team will be proud to wear.
We charge a one off setup fee per logo which can then be used for embroidering one or thousands of garments. If previously you have had embroidery work produced for you by another company we should be able to use your exiting .dst file. All that is required is for you to email it to us, so we can check that it works. If this is the case then there will be no setup charge, just the cost for embroidery to each garment. From the information you forward to ourselves our digitizer will calculate the amount of stitches and at that point we will be able to quote you per embroidery.
Screen printing is the traditional way of printing garments which is largely seen on most printed t-shirts. A silk screen is used for every colour that is used in a design, so 3 colours would use 3 screens when printing onto a white garment for instance. Your design size can be from a small front left chest design to a large print which covers most of the garment that is being printed. The exact colour match, or pantone colour can be printed onto most items. Some garments or products that are made from special man made fabrics are not always advisable to print, due to the drying process required after the garment has been printed. Costs are worked out by the number of colours required, so for every colour, a screen is needed. The cost varies depending on the quantity required as we cater for both small runs and large volume screen printing.
Thermal Heat Print
Thermal Heat Print is relatively new compared to screen printing, and is getting more and more popular. Artwork format and resolution requirements are still the same, but the cost can be a lot cheaper, as you do not need to pay for screens. The best way to describe this technique is its very similar to how football shirt names and number are printed.
A full quote is provided once we have seen your artwork. If you can't find exactly what you need in our catalogue? Call our design team on 01246 570470 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will produce the garment for you to your exact specifications.
