No matter what size organisation you are, or if you’re an individual, we can print your choice of garments.
Fashion At Work (UK) Ltd has been printing garments for a number of years, so you are guaranteed to have a first class finished product, which truly represents you.
We have different ways of printing garments.
Screen PrintingScreen printing is the traditional way of printing garments which is large seen on most printed t-shirts.
A silk screen is used for every colour that is used in a design, so 3 colours would use 3 screens when printing onto a white garment for instance.
Your design size can be from a small front left chest design to a large print which covers most of the garment that is been printed.
The exact colour match, or pantone colour can be printed onto most items. Some garments or products that are made from a special man made fabric are not always advisable to print, due to the drying process required after the garment has been printed.
To cost your design we require an electronic version by either, .jpeg of 300dpi resolution or bigger.
Costs are worked out by the number of colours required, so for every colour, a screen is needed and then there is the cost of the print colour. The cost varies depending on the quantity required.
We cater for both small runs and large volume screen printing.

Thermal Heat PrintThis form of printing is relatively new compared to screen printing, and is getting more and more popular.
Artwork format and resolution requirements are still the same, but the cost can be a lot cheaper, as you do not need to pay for screens.
The best way to describe this technique is its very similar to how football shirt names and number are printed.
Main advantages with thermal heat printing are that print orders can range from just a few single prints to multiple prints. Also it doesn’t matter how many colours are used as the print costs is the same, so where as a 9 colour print is easily catered for, if it was to be screen printed, the cost of the screens depending on the quantity required, may be expensive.
Other advantages are that in some cases bags cannot be screen printed due to the size of the bag, so the thermal heat print is the only alternative.
The colours are very vibrant and the garments can be washed and worn the same.
